Orange Loaf Cake


Ingredients:

1- 3/4 All Purpose flour + 2 tspn Cornflour,

1 cup Sugar,

2 tspn Baking Powder ,

1/2 tspn salt,

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil ,

1 cup Orange juice,

Zest of one orange,

2 egg whites ,

2 tblspn powdered sugar for dusting.


Procedure:

Sieve All purpose flor, cornflour, baking powder and salt together.

Now add Oil, zest of orange and orange juice and beat mixture.

In other bowl beat egg white until peaks form.

Now add egg mixture to the flour mixture and fold it with spatula.

Pour cake batter into greased loaf tin.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for about 45-50 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Once done remove it on cooling rack and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar .
