This recipe of bread is really very easy and i found this in What's Cooking Baking book.
Ingredients:
225 gms wholemeal flour,
1tblpsn skimmed milk powder,
1 tspn salt,
2 tblspn light brown sugar,
1 tspn dried yeast ,
1 and 1/2 tblspn oil,
175ml lukewarm water,
extra flour for dusting.
Procedure:
Mix flour, milk powder, sugar, salt and yeast in mixing bowl.
Pour in oil and water and mix together to make soft, smooth dough.
Now take out on dusted surface and knead dough well.
Brush another bowl with oil and place kneaded dough in it.
Cover it with damp kitchen towel and let it rest in warm place for an hour , until the dough has doubled in size.
Now take dough on dusted surface and knead for one minute.
Pre-heat oven to 220 degree C.
Grease loaf tin.
Fold the dough into three lengthways and place it in greased loaf tin.
Cover with damp kitchen towel and let it rest for anaother 30 minutes.
Place tin in pre-heated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Once done place it on cooling rack.
