Ingredients:
Pastry sheet,
1 cup granulated sugar.
You can mix sugar with cardamom powder or cinnamon powder for flavouring (Optional).
Procedure:
Thaw Pastry sheet at room temperature.
Dust the surface and roll pastry sheet slightly.
Sprinkle some sugar over the sheet and roll gently with rolling pin.
Repeat same procedure from other side as well.
Now fold in 2 horizontal sides of pastry sheet to the centre and sprinkle some sugar over it.
Again fold the horizontal side as in both edges meet .
Now cut pastry sheet in to pieces and sprinkle some sugar.
Keep these pieces in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Now place them in tray lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil.
Keep a gap of 2 inch between pieces.
Bake them at 350 F in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
