Recipe Source :
Ingredients:
1 cup milk,
1 cup double cream,
1/2 cup sugar,
3 tspn Gelatin powder,
2 tspn water,
2 tspn vanilla extract.
For Raspberry sauce:
2 cups Raspberries,
1/4 cup sugar,
1/2 tblpsn lemon juice.
Procedure:
Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Combine milk, cream and sugar in a vessel and bring it to a boil.
Now turn off the flame.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave oven for 12 seconds.
Add the vanilla extract and melted gelatin into the milk mixture and stir well.
Pour into ramekins and let it set in the refrigerator .
Combine raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook until raspberries dissolve.
Remove from heat and strain through a sieve to remove the seeds and allow to cool.
Demould pannacotta , pour raspberry sauce and garnish with fresh Rasberries and mint leaves.
