Veg Fried Rice and Paneer Chilli



Ingredients for Fried Rice:

2 cups basmati rice,
1 cup cabbage sliced thin,
1 cup carrots sliced thin,
1 cup bell pepper sliced thin,
1 cup french beans chopped,
¼ cup Spring Onion green,
1 small Onion chopped,
1 tblspn crushed ginger,
1 tblspn crushed garlic,
2 tblspn Soy sauce,
2 tblspn tomato sauce,
2 tblspn chilli sauce,
1 green chill slit,
Salt as per taste,
Oil.(If you want can add AJI NO MOTO also).

Procedure:
Wash rice thoroughly and soak them in warm water .
Now cook rice with 1 tspn oil and let it cool down so that grains separates.
Heat oil and stir fry ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onion and spring onion.
Then add salt, all vegetables and stir fry for few minutes.
Mix soy sauce , tomato sauce and chilli sauce with cooked rice and add rice to mixed vegetables.
Mix gently and cover with lid.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes and garnish with spring onions.
Serve Hot.









Ingredients for Paneer Chilli: 2 cups fresh panner cut into cubes,
1 onion sliced thin,
3-4 green chillies chopped finely,
1 tblspn crushed ginger,
1 tblspn crushed garlic,
1 tspn black pepper powder,
salt as per taste, (Soy sauce also contains salt )
2 tblspn Soy sauce,
1 tblspn Corn starch,
1/2 cup spring onion finely chopped for garnishing,
Oil.



Procedure:



Fry paneer cubes till golden brown and soak them in water for few minutes.


Now heat oil and add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and fry them.
Add onion, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Then add paneer cubes and soy sauce and mix gently.


Add 1 cup f water and let it cook for sometime.
Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup of water and add this to paneer mixture.
Mix well till it gets thick.
Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
