Ginger Chicken Stir Fry ( जिंजर चिकन स्टर फ्राय)


Hmmmm i was pretty confident of this recipe and was in an absolute good mood to cook this easy-peasy chicken, like ekdum fatafat ban jayega....
So i grabbed my chopping board, knife.....chopped veggies, chicken and gathered rest of the ingredients and arranged them neatly for pictures.
I clicked few pictures of ingredients and started with cooking process as well, clicked few more pics n then i realized i didnt put memory card in my camera...OMG!!!!  i was just clicking pictures without card.. oh no!! now what ?? my chicken was already on stove top and was half cooked  sob...sob...

How can i be so careless, fool....?? why i didnt  check my camera ?? i was so restless, upset ...i gave up literally thinking that forget it now i'm not going to post this recipe on my blog...i made fool out of myself ...boohooo.... but then hubby encouraged me, convinced me  to continue further cooking (Yeah he was hungry ) and take pictures and also post them on blog...though i wasn't happy still i managed to click pictures and here they are with recipe :( 

Ingredients:

500 gms Chicken washed, cleaned and cut into pieces
1 Bell pepper thinly sliced
2-3 Spring Onions  thinly sliced
1 small Red Onion thinly sliced
Greens of spring onion finely chopped
2 Green chillies slit
2 Tbslpn Ginger Juliennes
2 Tbslpn Dark Soya Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Tspn White Pepper Powder
Salt if needed (Soya sauce have salt in it)
Oil



Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan and add slit green chillies, minced garlic and ginger juliennes.
Saute them well .
Now add chicken pieces and cook on medium heat.
When chicken changes its color and is tender , add Soya Sauce and cook .
Now add sliced onions and bell peppers.
Add white pepper powder and give it a quick mix.
I didn't add salt as soya sauce contains salt in it.
When chicken is cooked thoroughly , add chopped spring onions.



Garnish with Ginger Juliennes.
Serve hot with Veg Fried Rice or Schezwan Noodles.

मराठी पाककृती:

साहित्यः

५०० ग्राम चिकन  साफ करुन, तुकडे केलेले, 
१ भोपळी मिरची पातळ उभी चिरलेली,
 २-३ पातीचे कांदे पातळ उभे चिरलेले,
१ छोटा कांदा पातळ उभा चिरलेला,
 कांद्याची पात बारीक चिरलेली, 
२ हिरव्या मिरच्या उभ्या चिरलेल्या, 
२ टेस्पून पातळ उभे चिरलेले आले,
२ टेस्पून डार्क सोया सॉस,
 २ लसूण पाकळ्या बारीक चिरलेल्या, 
१ टीस्पून पांढरी मिरपूड, 
मीठ लागले तर (सोया सॉसमध्ये ही मीठ असतं),
 तेल

पाकृ:

एका पॅनमध्ये तेल गरम करुन त्यात हिरव्या मिरच्या , आले व लसुण घालून  चांगले  परतून घेणे.
 त्यात आता चिकन घालून शिजवून घेणे.
 चिकनचा रंग बदलला की त्यात सोया सॉस घालून परतणे. 
चिरलेली भोपळी मिरची व कांदा घालून परतणे. 
पांढरी मिरपूड घालणे आणी सगळे एकत्र करणे. 
मी ह्यात मीठ घातले नाही कारण असोया सॉसमध्ये मीठ होतं. 
चिकन पुर्र्ण शिजले व चांगले स्टर फ्राय झाले की गॅसवरुन उतरवावे. 
बारीक चिरलेल्या आल्यानी सजवावे . 
हे चिकन तुम्ही व्हेज फ्राईड राईस किंवा शेझवान न्युडल्स बरोबर सर्व्ह करु शकता.
