Ingredients:
1 baguette french bread cut in slices,
1 clove garlic,
1 cup chopped ripe tomatoes,
1/4 cup finely chopped basil,
rock salt and black pepper as per taste,
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil,
1/2 cup grated Cheddar/Mozarella cheese.
Oregano to sprinkle
Procedure:
In a bowl add crushed garlic, tomato, basil, olive oil, salt, oregano and pepper and mix well.
Preheat oven @ 450 degrees F.
Coat each slice with olive oil and toast them until they begins to turn golden brown.
Now place tomato topping and some grated cheese and toast for another 2-3 minutes (its optional..i like melted cheese so i toast them). Enjoy!!
