Condensed Milk Cake




Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups All purpose flour
1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
3/4 tspn baking powder
2 eggs at room temperature
1 tspn vanilla essence

Procedure:


Seive all purpose flour and baking powder together.



Beat sugar and butter until soft and fluffy.


Add condensed milk to mixture and beat well for 5 minutes.






Beat eggs well with help of fork .




Now add flour, vanilla essence to condensed milk mixture and mix in well .






Now add beaten eggs to mixture and fold with help of spatula or wooden spoon.




Pour this batter in greased cake tin and bake at 180 degree C in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes.




Once done place it on cooling rack and then cut into slices.
