
Ingredients:
2 cups fine rava (Semolina//Sooji),
11/2 cups sugar,
3/4 cup water,
1 cup Ghee,
1 whole fresh coconut grated,
rasins and charoli (Sunflower seeds),
1 tspn cardamom powder.
Procedure:
Heat ghee and roast rava (Sooji) on low heat till it turns light brown in colour.
Add grated coconut and mix rava and coconut well.
In other pan mix water and sugar for sugar syrup.
Boil syrup for 5 mins till u get one thread consistency.
Now add rava-coconut mixture in sugar syrup.
Mix rasins, charoli and cardamom powder.
Mix everthing very well.
Cover and keep aside for few minutes.
When it cools down make ladoos out of it.
