500 gms Unsalted Butter
Procedure: Add unsalted butter into heavy bottom pan.Cook it on medium flame.
After some time foam will appear on butter.
Milk solids will start to settle down.
Continue to cook till all milk solids settle down and white foam appears over butter.
Wait till ghee cools down completely.
Strain ghee using tea stainer and pour into any clean , dry Glass / Plastic Jar.
After few hours Ghee will look like this . You can store it at room temperature, also can keep in refrigerator. When want to use take require amount of ghee from refrigerator and heat it.
good to know this recipe. but whether this ghee is similar to home-made ghee we make by using procedure of milk-curd-buttermilk-makkhan and finally ghee out of it

The recipe which i shared does add flavour to any dish. It is impossible to go wrong with ghee:)
Well if You get Organic butter ,the ghee prepared from it would taste much better and more like how we make by using procedure you mentioned above.
