Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped fenugreek (Methi) leaves,
1 cup rice flour,
1 tspn garlic paste,
1 tspn green chilli paste,
salt as per taste,
1tspn jeera powder
oil.
Procedure:
In a pan add 1 tspn of oil and stir fry chopped fenugreek leaves.
Mix all ingredients together with little oil.
Make batter like dosa batter.
Heat griddle and brush some oil.
Pour the batter and cook till it starts leaving sides and becomes brownish on both the sides.
Serve hot with chutney, sauce.
