Instant Basundi


Ingredients:

1 litre milk,

1 can of condensed milk,

2 tspn cornflour,

1 tspn cardamom+nutmeg powder,

a pinch of saffron,

charoli and chopped pistachios for garnishing.


Procedure:

Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.

Once milk starts boiling add two tspn of cornflour and let it cool down for sometime.

Now add condensed milk and cardamom _Nutmeg powder and stir well.

Garnish with saffron, charoli n pistachios.

Serve chilled with hot puris :)
