Ingredients:
1 cup semolina (rava),
11/4 cup buttermilk,
1 tblspn crushed green-chilli paste,
1/2 tspn ginger paste,
3-4 tblspn chopped onions,
1/2 tspn cumin seeds,
1/4 tspn baking soda powder,
Salt as per taste,
oil.
Procedure:
Mix buttermilk and semolina and keep aside for an hour.
Mix other all ingredients.
Heat appe mould on medium flame and pour the batter in well oiled mould and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
Flip with the help of skewer to roast the other side golden crispy.
Serve hot with tomato sauce, chutney.
