Ingredients:
21/2 cups Maida,
11/4 cup powdered sugar,
1/2 cup rava(semolina),
3/4 cup ghee,
2 tspn cardamom powder,
cardamom seeds and pistachios for garnishing.
Procedure:
Beat ghee till its becomes white and light.
Add all ingredients and knead soft dough.
Make a patty and put cardamom seeds and pistac hios over it and bake at 200 degree c for 15-20 minutes.
Remove on cooling rack and let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
