Veg Crispy




Ingredients:
1/2 cup of each Broccoli, Bell pepper, Cauliflower, Potatoes cut into pieces,
2 tblspn cornflour,
1 tspn maida,
red chilli powder and salt as per taste,
1 tblspn crushed ginger-garlic ,
1 onion sliced,
1 tblspn each soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce,
1/4 cup Noodles.

Procedure:

Make a batter of Cornflour+Maida+Salt+Red chilli powder.
Dip chopped veggies and deep fry them on slow flame until they becomes crispy.
In other pan saute sliced onion, crushed ginger-garlic.
Add all sauces, lil bit cornflour mixed with water and mix well.
Fry noodles and keep aside.
At the time of serving mix everything and garnish with noodles.
