Ingredients:
2 cups noodles,
1/2 cup julienne bell peppers,
1/2 cup julienne onions,
1/2 cup julienne cabbage,
1/2 cup julienne carrots,
1/2 boiled and cut babycorn,
2 tblspn crushed ginger-garlic,
2 tblspn Soya sauce,
2 tblspn tomato sauce,
1 tblspn chilli sauce,
1/2 tspn black pepper powder,
Oregano and salt to taste,
1 tblspn oil.
Procedure:
Boil noodles adding 4 cups of water and 1 tspn of oil.
Strain, wash them under cold water and keep them aside.
Now heat oil in wok and add crushed ginger-garlic.
Add Onions and other veggies and mix them well.
Stir fry and add all sauces.
Adjust salt as per your taste.
Add black pepper powder.
Now season noodles with oregano and black pepper powder.
Serve with stir fried veggies.
