Stuffed Buns




                                                       Recipe adapted from Here

                                                                     Ingredients:


                                                                    11/2 cup Maida
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
3/4 tblspn Dried Yeast
1 tblspn sugar
3/4 tspn salt
3 tblspn Olive Oil

For stuffing:

You can take any dry, mix vegetable or potato veggie of ur choice :)






Procedure:

Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm milk it and mix well and let it rest for few minutes.
In mixing bowl take flour and make a well ,add water,olive oil,salt in it and the yeast+ milk mixture.



Mix and make a smooth dough, keep in a warm place covered with a cling wrap for an hour.



After an hour the dough would have doubled in size.



Knead it again and make equal sized balls and cover them with cling wrap and let it rest for 10 more minutes.  



After 10 minutes balls would have risen again.



Add stuffing in bun and close all sides carefully.



Lined them in greased baking tray and brush them with milk wash/ egg wash.



Bake them in pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 15-20 minutes.


Once done brush some butter over it and enjoy :)
