Coconut-Cashew Ladoo



Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups Dessicated Coconut
3/4 cup Condensed Milk
1 cup Cashew Powder
1-1/2 tspn Pure Ghee
3-4 tspn Powdered sugar
1 tspn Cardamom Powder



Procedure:

Heat ghee in pan and roast dessicated coconut .




In another bowl mix condensed milk, powdered sugar, cashew powder and cardamom powder. Make sure there are no lumps form.




Now add roasted dessicated coconut to the condensed milk mixture.



 Make ladoos out of it and roll in dessicated coconut.

Instant coconut-cashew ladoo are ready to eat.
