Apple-Fig Milkshake (अंजीर - सफरचंदाचे मिल्कशेक)






Ingredients:

1 Apple Wedges
4-5 Dried Figs
1-1/2 Cups Cold Milk
1 Tspn Honey (Optional / Figs are enough to sweeten milkshake )

Procedure:

Blend apple and figs along with milk for 20-30 seconds.
Pour in a glass and garnish with pinch of Cinnamon powder.
Serve Chilled.

साहित्य:

एका सफरचंदाच्या फोडी 
४-५ सुके अंजीर
दीड कप थंड दूध 
१ टेस्स्पून मध (ऐच्छिक / अंजीरमुळे मिल्कशेकला गोडवा येतो)

पाकृ:

ब्लेंडरमध्ये सगळे एकत्र करुन २०-३० सेकंदासाठी फिरवून घेणे.
ग्लासमध्ये ओतून ,वरुन चिमूटभर दालचिनीपूड घालणे व सर्व्ह करणे.
