Patiala Lassi (पटियाला लस्सी)


Ingredients:

2 Cups Chilled Beaten Yogurt
1/2 Cup Milk
2-3 Tblspn Sugar (Adjust sweetness according to your taste)
Slivered Almonds and Pistachios
1/4 Tspn Cardamom Powder


Procedure:

In a Blender, combine yogurt, milk, sugar & cardamom powder and buzz till frothy.
Pour in a Glass and garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.
Sprinkle little cardamom powder and serve chilled.
You can also add ice-cubes and fresh cream.

मराठी पाककृती:

साहित्यः

२ वाट्या फेटलेले थंड दही 
१/२ वाटी दूध 
२-३ टेस्पून साखर (आवडीप्रमाणे कमी जास्त)
बदाम-पिस्त्याचे काप 
१/४ टीस्पून वेलचीपूड

पाकृ:

मिक्सरच्या भांड्यात दही, दूध, साखर व वेलचीपूड एकत्र करून फेसाळ होईपर्यंत फिरवून घेणे.
 ग्लासमध्ये लस्सी ओतून वरुन बदाम-पिस्त्याचे काप पेरावे. थोडीशी वेलचीपूड वरुन भुरभुरावी. 
आवडत असल्यास वरुन साय , बर्फाचे तुकडे घालावे.
