I'm sorry friends my Internet was down for past few days but now i'm back in action :)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Left-over Rice
2-3 Tblspn Chopped Onion
2 Tblspn Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Tspn Cumin Seeds
1 Tspn Finely Chopped Green Chilies
1 tspn Finely Chopped Curry Leaves
1 Tspn Finely Chopped Ginger
Salt as per taste
2-3 Tblspn Gram Flour (Besan)
Oil for frying
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine rice, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, ginger , curry leaves and salt.
Mix it well with hands for about 5-7 minutes.
Mixture will become littel sticky, if it is not sticky add few drops of water and mash it well with hands.
Now add 2-3 Tblspn of gram flour (Besan) and mix well.
Make small balls out of mixture and flatten them.
Deep fry them on medium -low heat until golden-brown in color.
Serve these crispy pakoras with Tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice.

१ वाटी शिळा भात
२-३ टेस्पून बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
२ टेस्पून बारीक चिरलेली कोथींबीर
१ टीस्पून जीरे
१ टीस्पून बारीक चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची
१ टीस्पून बारीक चिरलेले आले
१ टीस्पून बारीक चिरलेला कढीपत्ता
मीठ चवीनुसार
२-३ टेस्पून बेसन
तेल तळण्यासाठी
पाकृ:
एका बाऊलमध्ये भात, कोथींबीर, कांदा, हिरवी मिरची, कढीपता, जीरे, आले व मीठ एकत्र करा.
हाताने चांगले ५-७ मिनिटे एकत्र कालवा म्हण्जे थोडा चिकटपणा येईल.
कोरडे वाटल्यास थोडे पाणी शिंपडून मळा.
चपटे पेढे करून घ्या.
मध्यम आचेवर तेलात सोनेरी रंगावर डीप फ्राय करा.
कुरकूरीत असेअ भाताचे पकोडे टोमॅटो सॉस किंवा कुठल्याही चटणी बरोबर सर्व्ह करा.
