Ingredients:
1 Cup Thin Flatten Rice Flakes (Thin Poha / Paatal Pohe)
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
4-5 Tblspn Shredded Fresh Coconut
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
2-3 Green Chilies finely chopped
Few Curry Leaves
1 Tspn Mustard Seeds
1/4 Tspn Asafoetida
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt as per Taste
1 Tspn Lemon Juice
Oil
Roasted / Fried Peanuts (You can roast them in microwave too )
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine thin poha, onion, coriander leaves, shredded coconut, lemon juice and salt together.
Mix by hands for about 5-7 minutes, so that all the juices from onion and coconut gets well incorporated and thin poha will be soft.
Now in a small skillet heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Once they start popping up , add asafoetida, curry leaves and green chilies.
Add turmeric powder and switch off gas.
Pour this tempering over poha mixture.
Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
Cover and keep them for 10 minutes, so that all the flavors seeps in .
Dadaplele / Dadpe means to Cover / to hide .
You can serve Dadpe pohe for breakfast, can have with evening tea / coffee.
They taste super-delicious.

१ वाटी पातळ पोहे

२-३ हिरव्या मिरच्या बारीक चिरलेल्या
कढीपत्ता
१ टीस्पून मोहरी
१/४ टीस्पून हींग
१/२ टीस्पून हळद
मीठ चवीनुसार
१ टीस्पून लिंबाचा रस
तळलेले शेंगदाणे
तेल
पाकृ:
एका बाऊलमध्ये पोहे, कांदा, कोथींबीर, ओले खोबरे, लिंबाचा रस व मीठ चांगले हाताने एकत्र करा ५-७ मिनिटे.
असे केल्याने पोहे कांदा व खोबर्यामुळे मऊ होतील.
तेलाच्या बुट्टीत तेल गरम करुन मोहरी, हींग व कढीपत्त्यची फोडणी करून घ्यावी.
त्यात बारीक चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या व हळद घालून ती फोडणी पोह्यांवर ओतावी.
त्यात तळलेले शेंगदाणे घालून सगळे एकत्र करावे व झाकून / दडपून ठेवावे १० मिनिटे.
हे पोहे तुम्ही सकाळच्या नाश्त्याला सर्व्ह करु शकता किंवा संध्याकाळी चहाबरोबर ही सर्व्ह करु शकता.
