Ingredients:
1/2 Litre Milk
1/4 Cup Sago (Sabudana) washed and soaked in very little water for 2 hours.
1/2 Cup Sugar (Adjust according to your taste)
1 Tspn Cardamom Powder
Saffron Strands
1 Tspn Slivered Pistachios
Procedure:
Pour Milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
Stir continously , add soaked Sago and cook until transparent and can easily pressed.
Now add Saffron, sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
Add slivered Pistachios and Cardamom Powder.
Serve Warm :)

१ टीस्पून पिस्त्याचे काप
पाकृ:
भांड्यात दूध उकळायला ठेवावे. उकळी आली की त्यात भिजवलेला साबुदाणा घालून सतत ढवळत रहावे. साबुदाणा शिजून पारदर्शक झाला व बोटचेपा झाला की त्यात केशर व साखर घालावे.
साखर पूर्ण विरघळू द्यावी.
त्यात वेलचीपूड व पिस्त्याचे काप घालावे.
गरमच सर्व्ह करावी.
